His client portfolio comprises a number of listed and non-listed multinational companies. His clientèle mainly consists of multinational companies with business operations in the Netherlands, but it also includes small and medium sized companies as well as individuals (including expatriates) usually with international tax issues.
After obtaining his university degrees in company law, tax law and international tax law, Leon van Baal has been a tax lawyer for 25 years now. Next to his Migrantic practice, Leon is of counsel at the corporate tax law firm Hamelink & Van den Tooren tax lawyers.

Leon was a member of the Steering Group International Taxation of the American Bar Association (ABA), and is an active member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
